Countries (Local)

The Countries reference data enables you to manage your codes by mapping them to the ILR codes as required, on a Funding Year basis. This enables the same local country codes to be used across years, even though the ILR codes can change year on year.

Tribal will normally undertake the mapping of local country codes to ILR values, due to the number or records involved. This is done using a SQL script when the new ILR reference data is released to sites.

The mapping is performed manually by opening the Yearly Values screen which is accessed via the Yearly Values button on the ribbon.

This will open the ILR Yearly Values window as shown below.
